Returns & Exchanges

At STACYC, we want to ensure your little rider is completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not 100% happy with your order, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Gear

  Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact; please note that used stability cycles cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
